We wish to welcome you to our upcoming IPA Congress in July 2023. We will be returning to a collegial in-person gathering during which time we will be able to take stock of our recent history and reflect on it through our psychoanalytic lens and our togetherness.  We have worked to design a meeting in the beautiful and inviting city of Cartagena that will foster collaboration and sharing the experience of these past three years.
